Always receive "Can't Download" error when trying to download a digital game I own.

• try deleting any games on your hard drive that say unknown game or incomplete game.
• then clear your system cache 3-5 times in a row. (i say 3-5 times because 5 times works for me more of the time)
• then try to download the game again.

What happens exactly when you try to install the games? Are these installing from disc? Are these digital downloads you are trying to install? If they are digital, were they purchased with the account you are trying to use? If they are digital, are they
already downloaded but won't install? What error messages are you receiving?

To say that we need more information from you would be an understatement!

I can't be the only one receiving error messages when I try to download the game, right? Heck, I can't even access the game's marketplace page here on xbox.com

I always download the games on my home Xbox so others can play. I think it is better this way. Have you tried to download the games from Game Pass on the account that owns it and then try to play it on the other account?

About the Live Gold subscription, as soon as the person that owns it makes an Xbox his/her home console, it should already start to share it with anyone else that signs in on this Xbox.

Do you or your friend receive any error when trying to game share? Like a game asking to be purchased or asking you to buy Game Pass?

What happens when you try to play the game? Does the same error happen with both The Force Unleashed 1 and 2? Do you own the disc versions of the game or are they digital downloads?
