Always getting Random report in Overwatch useing Team Chat

you need to take this up with the enforcement team

Sorry to hear you were suspended. Unfortunately the PET do not use these forums. You'll need to log in to http://enforcement.xbox.com/ and click the hammer icon. From there you can see the reason for the action
and open a case review with the PET.

An increasingly large number of the top Overwatch players are getting slapped with the Avoid Me rep because of people blocking/reporting to avoid playing against us. I've always had good standing for the many years I've had my Xbox. Now soon after Overwatch
comes out, I hit top 10 for gold medals, and quickly get theow into matchmaking purgatory. A similar problem was happening on PC in Overwatch with their Avoid Me feature, so they ended up removing it. Now many of us, including the #1 and 2 snipers in the workd,
and the #2 player overall for score are all in Avoid Me.

Enforcement team, if you're reading this, please solve this.

That's the point.You are playing a team based game & not talking to your team which can be deemed unsportsmanlike.

But they don't report me for not communicating. And they don't report the other people who aren't in chat. I used to talk in chat but I cant anymore because people get too hostile and I cant deal with it. Should I be getting reported because I don't want
to be yelled at and called horrendous names?

The rules have actually always been the same. The only differences from Xbox are how the enforcement team are handling them (ie. the strike system) or how they are reported (voice chats have always been actionable, this is just a new way of reporting them). The only other difference is people "back then" didn't use the report feature as much as they do now and people now use it to bait others so they can get them banned.
