Always Disconnecting

Hey Guys,

So I got this goofy problem,

On my xbox 360 - I can sit there doing whatever and I am always signed in and always connected, the minute I go to actually game and play some COD I cant even stay in a game for longer than 5 mins before I am disconnected and signed out......15 seconds later
I am back signed in and no issues. Try blasting again and same thing happens over and over and over.

So If I fire up the Xbox 1 there are no problems, the odd time netflix lags but nothing serious there...

Both xbox's are wired connections,

I have cleared memory cache, deleted and downloaded gamer profile a few times.

What is going on and how do I get around this and be able to play some games online again?

Xbox One Controller Frequent Disconnects

Mine's always disconnecting too.

 

has anyone actually gotten a refund for destiny?

The new patch from last Tuesday has exacerbated the disconnection problem. Disconnections were always an issue in Destiny but it's gotten worse. Lots of complaints out there for the raid and nightfall this week. Ideally there is a hotfix for this ASAP.

 

My Netflix on the One does that too. Anyway , I had this issue , but that was back in the 2011 dashboard. For me - and for others recently - what fixed it was deleting the account and redownloading it , if that doesn't help you can try changing your account
information (Really your Password is what I mean ) as if you put your account on other Xbox consoles , whats happening could be a security countermeasure. Lastly , it could be a simple ISP problem , but I doubt that , based on when you said it's happening.

I have deleted the account and downloaded it again, a few times actually....

I will try changing my account setting (password) and see what happens there.

The only other xbox I have put my account is on my xbox1 and my xbox1 dont have the issues that my xbox does at all....

What kind of simple ISP problem could I be looking at?

 

I am having the same issue. Test says I'm good to go, and I can connect on the dashboard, but the second i try to actually do anything it disconnects. I've cleared the cache, tried several times to delete and download the profile. I have had this happen
before and was able to fix it by resetting the password through the xbox, but when I try this time I'm always disconnected before I can finish. I tried resetting the password using my computer, but it didn't help either.
