I have subscribed for XBOX Live Gold using the 1 free month option. My subscriptions history shows the XBOX Live Gold is active but when I try to purchase NBA 2K16 with Gold I get the message that I need to choose a subscription plan before I continue.

I have also redeemed enough Prepaid cards in order to have credits for the game.

can you help me purchasing the game?

new xbox live gold subscription isnt working - on xbox One

I've bought from you a subscription to xbox gold live a week and and a half ago (for a period of a year), it worked for a few days but now xbox one doesnt recognize I have gold and even ask me to purchase one when I try to play free gold games I've downloaded.
When I check my account on Microsoft site it shows I have a gold account but for some reason on xbox Menua when I check "Subscription" in Settings - it asks me to buy gold. whats going on?

Yeah I'm positive I have gold because my friend was sharing it with me plus I put in a 14 day gold trial and I can join Xbox Live parties just can't play online on NBA 2K16.
