Alternative Joystick after December 2023

The Extreme 3D Pro joystick has stopped working with the XAC. Are you able to return the Logitech joysticks to vendor you purchased them from? There are some alternative joysticks that work out of the box, including the Thrustmaster USB Joystick, which should be similar the the Logitech ones you have now.

Hello really disappointing as of 17th of December 2023 this is still an ongoing bug but I figured a workaround. Since I have recently subscribed I just had to cancel (getting a full refund) and renew it right after works like a charm hope this helps!

If you bought through Xbox, you can check on your Order History if the payment went through:

Sign in to account.microsoft.com. ( https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ )

Select Payment & billing > Order history.

If nothing shows, but you have other meanings to prove ( for example showing that it was deducted from your bank ) you can still prove your issue.

You should also contact the game Support. You did not mention the game, but let's say that you are talking about Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, you should search for the Activision Support themselves:

I would recommend first contacting the game support itself, if they ask you to contact Xbox Support, you can contact them through the link I sent you above.

Mine started doing this on December 9th 2023 and none of these fixes work. My return window closed 3 weeks ago...this is bull****.

My Achievements for December 2023 are unlocking and my gamerscore is increasing yet my December gamerscore leaderboard still shows me at +0 for this month.

It should state +1250. Not sure why those two things aren’t syncing up.
