Alternate accounts harassing me.

I’m so sorry nothing has been done for you yet. Sage, maybe use stronger words in your reports?! My son got banned in a matter of minutes...

Xbox please help...

Just this afternoon my son was playing an online team game that wasnt going well. One of the other players, I’ll withhold the screen name for now, told my son to ‘go kill yourself’. My son replied with ‘it’s not my fault you cant play’. My son does not say
hurtful things to others, but he’s honest. Before my son could report the player telling him to go kill himself, the other player reported my son (not sure what was said... let the parents know what’s going on) and now my son is banned and he can’t report
what really happened!

The email, sent to both of us since my son is a minor, is generic and you can’t reply nor is it clear where to get help, even me being a parent.

Once you are banned you can’t talk to anyone about it. You get NO HELP NO SUPPORT! Nothing but BANNED!

The other player knows my son was banned and started harassing my son even more with texts, knowing my son couldn’t reply. The other gamer said ‘How’s the ban going bro lol’ And ‘i get people banned on purpose all the time because their inconsiderate’ but
we have no way to report what REALLY happened! I have a screenshot to prove this!!!!

Xbox needs to contact me asap to resolve this immediately. ANYONE who tells anyone else, especially a minor, to go kill themselves should be permanently banned!! Period! Plus the other party should be compensated heavily for having to fight words, like that,
that stick in a child’s head forever.

I, as a VERY concerned parent, don’t even have a way to call Xbox for help with this situation, even Microsoft keeps sending me to a number that gives me a website that’s blank. This is NOT OK.

Xbox support should’ve looked at ALL of the content in the texts between the two gamers. They would’ve seen the other gamer telling my son to go kill himself at first and that should’ve closed the other gamers account. Period!!

Get your facts straight Xbox support! Ban the people who are hurting and harassing others, especially vulnerable minors.

Xbox needs better support before they end up with lawsuits over people getting away with harassing and hurting other, especially minors who are already struggling with all this COVID19 stay at home and play on the xbox quarantine life ****!

As long as you've reported them, the enforcement team will investigate and take the appropriate action. They are the only ones who handle suspensions.

I have been getting harassed by a user that is using different accounts to insult and swear at me whenever I block and report the previous one. Is there any way to completely stop this problem or am I stuck with just blocking and reporting until they're bored? For context I emoted at them in a game after they died to a boss and they began spamming messages through xbox.

unfortunately there is no way for microsoft to block all users for an account, and as there is no way to know which one he will use in the future, just denouncing microsoft can take some action.
