    Alt account message harassment


    Hello to anyone who reads this,

    I have a question and I'm honestly not sure what else left to do besides ask here, but I used to play with a person on Xbox who ended up going full crazy on me so I ended up blocking him, no problem there but every week he makes a new account to consistantly message me hurtful messages. I've at this point had to block & delete over 30 of his alt accounts and reported all of them but so far he's still going and I want to know if there's just a way I can just IP block someone? because I know his main account he uses I just don't want him to be able to message me on anything ever again.

    What else can I do?

    I hope someone can help me with this question but I kind of know how difficult this is to do on xbox so I'm not having high hopes at this point I'm just becoming a bit desperate.

    The difficult part is I like to still be open to be able to get messages from other people and don't want to socially block myself from everyone that I haven't met yet. It's just this one person who keeps making alt accounts of which I've blocked over 30 in the last year off and just keeps making new ones I want to permanently block. I figured it wasn't going to be possible. Can only hope he stops but I'm not sure he ever will. Thanks anyways.

    There's no way for you to IP block them. Report and block is what you should do. You can change your privacy settings to only receive messages from friends as well.

    need some help

    It might be better to appear offline so they can't join you in in game and make party invite only to stop them them harassing you in game. That is another option on the table for a short time. Incase they are using an alt account to find and harass you
    that way as well.

    I'm still unable to send messages to anyone, I created an alt account with the same settings as my main and its able to send messages perfectly.

    Why cant I play my games on alt acount

    Are you trying to play games that were purchased on the other account or were they purchased on the alt account?

    If they were not purchased on the alt account, the alt account can only access those games on your other account's Home Xbox.
