    I'm in the same situation. When happened I tryed disconnecting and entering again and didn't work. I tryed to start an old game and I got an achievement, that I already got one time: game me points normally as I was a new player. ANd still not solved. Have

    Hey.I had the same problem today.But it was my mistake.I kept putting the wrong Password in...So be 100% it correct.That or i think you can reset it.You might want to contact Xbox support and let them know....
