Same problem, I bought the ultimate edition and on the microsoft store it appears that I have the deluxe edition, in the invoice history it appears that I bought the ultimate ed.

If you have pre-ordered the ultimate edition, then you should get the ultimate edition. The ultimate edition of the game does include the standard edition of the game, and any extras that is included with the ultimate edition. This is probably why it shows the standard edition as pre-ordered.

The ultimate edition of Halo Wars 2 gives you access to the base game as well as Halo Wars: The definitive edition. Are you able to install the standard edition or is that also asking for a purchase?

Im having same problem. Preordered ultimate edition but its not registered the game as that edition just standard! It says through the store i have the season pass to manage but does not register when i click on it any way to fix this???
