Also i just my rank was 2 with 86 percent

I was at rank 2 with 86 percent before update now im back at 0 at rank 2 i should be rank 3 with all the preorders i bought before the update please help correct my rank to 3

Hi. I was ViP Rank 3 with 86%. Now it shows me, i am ViP Rank 2 with 97%. Why?

Preorders do not count towards VIP.

 

on the forum support for September preorder December they did go to support and read xbl where she stated they do

 

Preorders counted towards VIP only during September. Any preorders after that do not count.

As mentioned by Smwutches, pre-orders were only eligible for MyVIP in the month of September. Your only pre-orders that month were Bioshock: Collection and Mafia 3. The bulk of your pre-orders were not during that month. In particular, many were made in
the month of October. Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP, with the exception of that offer in September. Therefore, those purchases did not increase your MyVIP progress.
