    Already purchased things required to be purchased again.


    So im redownloading Hunter Call of the Wild and I used to play it alot. Same account I played it on previously and nothing had changed payment wise. Anyways I have the game through game pass so I technically don’t own it but I have a game pass ultimate subscription. After I got it I bought multiple addons and DLC maps and I can prove I bought them through my order history which I checked and it says I bought them. But now I’ve redownloaded the game and both the game and the microsoft store is saying I need to buy them again. I’d rather not do this seeing how I can prove I’ve already bought them so how would I go about getting this fixed?

    contact support over at the xbox support pages, they should be able to check your order history and see what the problem is.

    a work around in the mean time is if you join an online game you can play any reserve without purchasing it .

    Are you also sure you are on the same Region that you were on when you purchased the games? If you purchased them in a different Region, and are now set to another one, they will not show up as an owned game and will look like you need to purchase it again
    if you tried to find it to install/play it.

    Hello, I've read your post, and I believe I understand your position. The Xbox Ambassadors are here to help.

    Sorry to hear you're having such a rough time, hopefully we can get this resolved for you. Might I suggest going to the ready to install section of your Xbox, and if the games don't appear there search them in the Microsoft store and see if they are available
    for re-download without purchase. Also might I ask, are you signed in with the same account? Have you tried to uninstall the games and then reinstall them?

    Some games have already happened to me, I think it was related to the gamepass, better check your purchase history and contact support.
