Already purchased games are asking me to buy again. (New Preview Program)

I have been asked by MS Chat Tech support to post my issue on here...

First off i am a member of the Preview program since day 1, then as soon as the new preview program was able to be selected i became part of that. I also am getting "Group not found" message on the preview program forum.

It started off with Destiny, I purchased the game by disc on release day then traded it in some time after. I then got the urge to play it again and when it came up on the deals i bought it digitally. so after moving on to different games i decided to go
back on for the Taken king and purchased that to. Then i moved on to different games and so on and went to go back on to Destiny and its asking me to purchase the game. After a bit of confusion i spoke to MS Chat and they said they cannot find my licence or
any proof of purchase. So after some time of telling MS i already own this game they had convinced me that i didn't purchase it digitally and moved on.

Until now when I go to play Fallout New Vegas(I Know there is an issue with this at the moment) and then i decide to play my other backward compatible games Fallout 3, Sonic 1, 2, 3, Sonic and Knuckles, TC Rainbow Six Vegas 1 & 2, The Witcher 2, the majority
of all the Games with gold Xbox 360 games. They all ask me to buy them again and they were in the ready to install section this morning and after going through the steps of a power recycle/remove account and re adding account they are no longer in the ready
to install section. Only my xbox one games are there.

The MS Chat support tech said he can see my licences there even the Destiny one! he got me to sign into the xbox website and go to my profile and then my games and they are all there. However it still asks me to purchase them on console.

Sorry for the long post but as you can see this is really frustrating me how I'm being asked to repurchase games i have already bought.

Ark:survival evolved asking me to buy even though I brought it in game preview

I purchased ark survival evolved on the game preview program and now when I go to play it’s telling me I need to buy it again which isn’t what should happen brought this back in may 2016 yet now it’s released its asking me to buy it again

They can see what went wrong with the license.

 

Same issues here. Odd that this just cropped up today.

 

I would love to help but there's just one tiny insy bitty problem. You don't own any battlefield games. So yea good luck with ya

 

It's definitely the preview program causing this. I can't play ANY backwards compatible game, and some Xbox one games.
