Already purchased digital games not owned?

So I've gone digital buy my games on my Xbox one. I've noticed games I bought in store say installed/ play you can purchase this title to own. I can play all my games but this has me nervous. I ignore that ms.pac man I somehow no longer own but Ark,mine
craft and more show up in store as me needing to purchase,well I already have

Red Dead Redemption - Backward Compatibility Game Purchase Issue

Im a little bit confused when you say you purchased the backwards compatibility for the game you already own. If you already owned the game on disc or digital you should not have needed to make an additional purchase.

Dear Microsoft, digital content seems to be the direction of the XBOX ONE, but it seems your not going to support digital content already purchased in your so called marketplace (XBLA, Games On Demand or Indie Games), why would any sane person venture to
buy future digital content from you?

 

Because you don't redownloaf them from the store

You redownloaf them from the ready to install list

 

My game dosent go on it goes on netflix instead
