    Already paid for it..


    So as soon as I got my Xbox one, I was able to download gta 5 since I'd already had it on 360. So today it had an update and it wouldn't let me play so I decided to uninstall so I could reinstall, see if that worked. Well now I can't play it at all because
    now it wants me to pay for it. And..wtf

    Premium games already paid for

    I paid for the premium version some weeks ago but it does not appear in this new update. Please amend.

    I recently had to recover my system. Now when i load the microsoft solitaire, i'm asked to buy it again. There is no way my purchase is over. How can I get my premium back Please?

    Hello,

    There was never any type of cross-buy deal for GTA V (this is up to publishers to offer), so I don't think your account ever owned the game, hence why this occurs. What sounds plausible is that another account had your console set as its Home Xbox, and *this
    account* owned GTA V but that account has since changed its Home Xbox designation, which renders GTA V unplayable on your console unplayable unless you purchase it (or an account that owns the game is signed in when you play).

    If you check your
    commerce page     are you able to locate that purchase? To be sure did you purchase an ad free subscription through the app or store?

    Can you tell us what device you are running into this issue on and can you post a photo of the error?
