already own dark souls issue

So I got my dark souls 1 code (thanks for that) but I already owned it on the 360. I tried to redeem the code and it told me I already owned dark souls, but it isnt appearing in my active downloads. Can someone give me a hand?

I realize that dark souls will be backwards compatible eventually. My issue is that the description led me to believe that this code would alow me to play dark souls on the xbox one as soon as i got it. I already own dark souls for 360, and if i have to
wait anyway, i would rather use the game i own.

They've changed a LOT of things but it's still sort of the same, just like how Dark Souls is to Demon's Souls. They had issues with money for Demon's Souls and issues with time for Dark Souls, hopefully they don't have problems with anything for Dark Souls 2 so that it can truly be the excellent game it deserves to be.

 

The game is not backwards compatible yet. Once it becomes backwards compatible, it'll show in your "Ready to Install" list.
