    So, I had a card from walmart with the code, like, a couple years ago. I don't know if I threw it away or if it's just lost, but I have a new computer and no code to redeem minecraft again. I really don't want to have to spend another twenty or so dollars on a game i've already bought, so is there any way to re-download the game without the code on hand? I saw on a different thread that you can find it on your downloads, but I haven't been able to find that. Even if it's just as simple as loading it from my other laptop, any kind of tips would help. Thank you!

    Hi Robi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Once we have successfully redeemed a code under our account the license will be on our account permanently which means that we just need to locate the account where the game was redeemed and sign in to your new device for you to install and play the game.

    Kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then locate the redemption transaction for the game, if it's not showing from there use all Microsoft accounts that you own.

    I've run into this same problem. It accepted the code but there is no download in my queue. I've typed in the code into my account on both my laptop as well my console. I've also restarted the console and there is still no download. Please help.

    Been getting this recently myself.

    Are you able to redeem the code via the xbox app on a phone or pc/laptop?

    I've had the exact same message trying to redeem 2 game codes on the console but am able to redeem them via my phone.

    Same problem. Activated via my laptop and no announcement on my console. Tried activating again directly on the console and received the message that the code was already activated
