    Already bought this but it says I have to purchase it to play it


    I got Civ 6 last month on my Xbox and the only thing I can think of that might have messed it up was I did a reboot to get my discs to work again is that what caused it or was it something else and any possible fixes? P.S i only have one account on my
    Xbox so its bot the wrong one.

    If clearing the cache doesn't work, try to delete your profile from the console and re-download it again. Let us know!

    Perform a "hard power cycle" by holding down the Xbox button on the console for 10 seconds Is what worked for me. Also expect a longer boot up time after you turn it back on

    I have a similar issue, i switched from the original Xbox One to an Xbox One S all digital, and I had bought Fallout 4 GOTY edition on disk, but now my xbox wont take disks, can someone help?
