    Okay so I bought GTA 5 for Xbox One last year around New Years and now it says I have to re buy the game when I have the transaction under my recent transactions and it's not letting me play the game or even says that I own and I can show the transaction
    too.

    Problem with an already bought game

    Do you know if the game got refunded at all?

    Edit: That was a stupid question - you're able to reinstall it after all.

    Some other trouble shooting steps:

    Reboot the console fully (hold power down for 10+ seconds)

    Try playing with another account

    check to make sure you are logged into the account that purchased the game

    Sorry to hear it. If the game is still installed on your console try holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down. That may solve the issue.

    If you must delete the game and re-install it then head to My Games & Apps and scroll all the way to the right until you see Ready to Download. The game will be listed there.

    If it is not listed as above then perhaps you purchased the game using a different gamertag. If this is not the case and you are still having issues with downloading the game then you should contact phone support for more assistance. If you live in North
    America then dial 1-800-469-9269

  6. there a joke it happened with my lococycle went back to get the last few achivments so i went to re download and it wants me to buy it . contacted xbox and they were so rude and toold me to take the loss and thats messed because there customer service before
    that has always been the best i have ever seen in the gaming industry and they did not care that some how i have saved videos and nearly all the achivments for a game that i supposdly never owned . I am waiting and i am going to contact them again because
    that is theft bottom line i paid money and the guy sais take the loss i wish i recorded the conversation i can tell you when i call again i will be ready to record it if its the same rude man again. Wish you luck
