    already a Xbox Preview member but....


    i was invited to be a preview member a few years ago i got an Xbox one and would like to use it. i called Xbox support and they said that i am enrolled in the preview program however i do not have a counsel registered. i tired to download the app but my
    search for it says it can not be found and when i try to go to the forum xbox advised me to it says i group can not be found. i would really like help with this maybe a resend of the registry

    You can try the troubleshooting guide found here -
    support.xbox.com/.../system-updates-solution
    - click on the option "I am exeperincing a startup issue". If that doesn't remedy your problem head on over to the preview forums where you may find further help.

    I'm a preview member already and as I tried to turn on my xbox one this morning @ 6:45 am all I got was the
    green screen with the xbox logo and its been stuck there for 2 hrs and 15 minutes now

    Sounds like you were a 360 PP member....... the X1 PP is full

    I contacted customer support and they told me to wait for the preview team to answer anything that has to do with these problems because they are semi-aware of the issues

    I looked more into the problem you're having, and it looks like other people have fixed it by doing this:

    Hold the Xbox logo until the console shuts off

    Unplug the power cord from the back for 5 minutes

    Plug it back in, and the update will try again

    Leave it on the green screen for up to 10 minutes
