    Alphajax not giving my achievements.


    I am unable to get my achievement. When I check my my xbox activity feed it says I haven't played the game since 9/16/14 yet I play it every day. I played today and it still says I haven't played since 9/16/14. All the other games I am playing on my phone
    are connecting and working and giving me my achievements. Any suggestions?

    Achievements not unlocking on AlphaJax pc game.

    Not getting my achievements in AlphaJax. Won 7 games in a row won't give me the NOT BAMBOOZLED achievement. Getting upset. I won these games a few weeks ago, still not unlocking.

    Hi

    When viewing my achievements in the AlphaJax app, I can see that I have obtained the Bingo achievement (It was the second one I obtained after Primary, and I remember getting it)

    However, if I look my achievements on my profile on xbox.com (i.e. Sign in to your Microsoft account) it lists every achievement I have, except for Bingo.

    If I use my phone to compare my achievements with that of a friend, I can see that he does have the Bingo achievement but I do not.

    I've since played a number of Bingo moves, and still my profile doesn't have this achievement.

    It seems like AlphaJax now "knows" I already have that achievement and so will not tell my profile on xbox.com that I have it (presumably because it thinks it already knows)

    Is there a way of forcing AlphaJax to update my profile with all the achievements?

    Alternatively, is there a way I can remove the achievement in AlphaJax (so when I play another Bingo, it will tell the profile)

    Toast notifications not working

    I'm having a similar issue on my HTC Trophy after Alphajax did their update that was configured to the wrong server. Game notifications aren't being received. Refresh gives me the 80072f89 error.

    I'm not sure if this is the Xbox app or Alphajax's problem.

    Software: Windows Phone 7.5

    OS Version: 7.10.8773.98

    Firmware: 2305.13.30202.605

    -Proofs are up-to-date.

    -Didn't reset password.

    -Tried rebooting (no way am I resetting).

    -Tried turning game settings off.

    -Messages, gamerscore, avators, achievements all update fine.

    -Alphajax was stuck on 1.0 for a while after their server update issue. Not sure when the 1.3 version released, but the issue continues after I updated the app.

    Not sure if someone at AlphaJax noticed this and rolled back my Bingo achievement so it would get pushed up again, but it has.

    Alphajax Achievement 1500 Lexicographer not registering

    Yes, this just happened to me -- I passed 1500 rating but no achievement, even after reloading Alphajax. Is there a known bug or is there a workaround for this? I'd sure like to register this achievement before I get pushed back down the stack!
