    Windows 8 version?

    Can't play Windows 8 version. It's stuck at "Retrieving user info". I playing on Windows Phone 7 as well. How fix it? Or wait update?

    p.s. can't find Alphajax in "xbox for windows" forum...

    There have been a few intermittent issues with Xbox Live service over the weekend. Everything should be working correctly now. Please let us know if you're still having trouble.

    AlphaJax- now available for Windows 8!

    If you get stuck at 'Retrieving User Info'- try changing your timezone to UTC -4:00, then try again. This has worked to unstick some users. Once you connect you can set your timezone back.

    Yes, after rebooting the phone, after logging into xbox.com (it didnt ask me new terms & conditions), and after doing refresh on phone hub, then I didnt receive this message.

    I used to get this message only for Alphajax, and now it is working fine.

    - You should receive a prompt- "Force Resign".

    Does this prompt not come up for you?
