    Alpha Ring Update ETA


    Its been 5 days now and no hot fix or work around has been presented, we are kind enough to help test, squash bugs and put up with all kinds of issue's that normally would have been seen by a half competent Q/A team, yet you can't even keep us informed on
    the issue's or give any kind of response or ETA for fixes or work around. Microsoft are happy to get unpaid testers but don't seem to give a hoot about the issues they cause or there customers in general. It's just not good enough.

    Trying find some answers to the Destiny problem for Xbox one Alpha preview users.

    This was posted on twitter - 22nd Feb 2017 approx. 10hours ago.

    Hey, I'm in Preview Ring 4 of the Xbox Insider Program, but my announcements page says "Preview Alpha: Time to update". Is this an issue or am I now in Preview Alpha ring? Thanks!

    The new update is only out for some Alpha & Alpha skip ahead insiders at the moment.

    If you're in the Omega ring then you'll probably be the last ring to get the update before it's released to everyone.

    new update - no party notifications

    This has supposedly been fixed, along with a bunch of other stuff, in an update that's available for people in the preview program (alpha ring) now.

    So, if you're in the alpha ring, check for updates and you should see it there ready to install.

    If you're not in the alpha ring, or you're not in the preview program at all, I expect they'll roll out an update with a bunch of fixes in it to the public fairly soon.

    xbox insider hub has not given me any new rings yet

    Hi,

    you can change rings in the xbox insider hub when yo manage the xbox update preview rings note that alpha and alpha skip ahead are invite only but you should be able to join the beta ring

    If you were an insider in the alpha ring updates are nearly daily, you should withdraw from the insider program or reduce your ring for fewer updates
