Alpha Build Audiovisual Issues

Alpha build that pushed 11/13 created audio and video issues that are pervasive through games, apps, home screen. The video flickers about every 3 to 5 seconds. Audio drops every 10 to 15 seconds causing a black screen which seems to imply the issue is
a drop in Hdmi output.

I contacted Xbox support via chat. I was told to wait until today when a new build would be pushed that might fix the issue. It has not.

A factory reset would simply reset my settings and files but leave me on the same build. I am waiting for word on how to roll back to an earlier build as the Xbox is pretty much useless at this point. Still waiting on word back from support. I'm open
for pretty much any ideas or advice at this point.

To change your preview ring go intk the app then insider content. Scroll to the far right and click on build tab then click on the preview ring and it should appear as a drop down to change to delta or lower. Then reset. And to change back to alpha just
repeat the process once fixes are in place.

If I'm not mistaken, that will change my ring status, but it won't roll me back to an older build.

Support agent suggested I post here. At your suggestion, I just posted the same text in reddit. Thanks for the heads up. I forgot about that group.

Just wanted to say that I, too, am running into this issue with my XB1S and using three different routers. I already posted something in the preview build since I'm part of the ongoing Alpha, but I didn't have problems until this Alpha build, so something
that was changed in the netcode for the Alpha build appears to be causing this issue again?

did you manage to get this sorted, i've had no luck.
