Almost all Xbox features are not working

Yesterday after turning my xbox off (by pressing and holding the power button for a few seconds until the light turned off), I turned it back on and it was like I wasn't connected to xbox live. When I scroll through the tabs up at the top of the home screen
(Community, OneGuide, and Store), it shows nothing and says this on the communtiy tab: "There's nothing to show right now. When you follow more people and games, your feed will fill up."... but just the other day the feed was full. On top of that, I cannot
access many options in my settings, I can create a party to chat with people but the second I try to add people to the party the xbox backs out of the party menu and when I go back to it I have to create a party again just for it to happen again. I also play
with a few other people on my minecraft server, which no one can stay connected to... They keep getting disconnected about every 5-10 minutes. Ive tested my network connection and multiplayer connection and both say they are fine. I have reset my modem and
router multiple times. I have sat my xbox infront of a fan for 15 minutes with it powered off, and still the problem persist. Does anyone know what is going on here?

Thank you, I spent all morning working on it, and it turns out it was two completely different problems. First my profile became the only one that couldn't connect to live, so I recovered it and now its working fine. Also, the problems for the game spread
to my sister's accounts, so I checked the disk and sure enough there were cracks. Almost all of my features on the game are now not working, but I'll buy a new copy come black Friday. Thanks so much for the help and Happy Thanksgiving

 

could be a profile issue , try this below ....

go into settings and accounts and remove all the profiles , (make sure you have the email and password to get them back ) after you remove the profiles , shut the xbox down by holding the xbox logo on the console for 8 seconds till it powers down , while
it is off , unplug your modem and router for 30 seconds to clear them also , plug the modem and router back up and when they are online , turn the xbox back on , when it is all the way up , re add your main profile ...it may sit there and sync a little while
but all SHOULD be good afterwards ...

 

Unfortunately after following these steps, it still is not working correctly. I can still access the store and search things, but when I am scrolling across the tabs (community, oneguide, and store) nothing is showing up even when I click on something like
"trending now on Xbox" under the community tab. It says, "Sorry about that. Try again in a while". I can search the store for games but under the tab I cannot see anything accept the tab's options like "Games store", "Search games store", or "Use a code".
I also still cannot create a party and invite people to it. I can create the party, but the second I try to add someone to the party... the party closes and I have to create another party. I can play my Minecraft game, but friends are having a lot of trouble
connecting to me or staying connected to me.... I have made sure my NAT settings are open, I have cleared my Alternate MAC address, I have tested my network and multiplayer connection... all seem to be fine. My internet seems to be fine because my brother
is in another room watching netflix and playing games without problems.

 

is your brother on a different xbox one ? ....are you wired or wireless and what is your modem and router (brand and model) ?
