Allstatus and memberships test normal, but I cant get onto multiplayer. ???

Hey, so i tested connections, network, social, multiplayer, and rating, all checkout good. I checked NAT, says open. Try to purchace ultimate, error message. Membership toxbox gold, paid. Try to play on line, says cant...whatisup?

Sorry to hear that you are having this trouble. You should be able to get your Xbox game pass Ultimate from here
. Your NAT type is correct and everything else then you may need to do a power cycle on your console. On your console press the Xbox logo for 10 seconds until it goes off >>> unplug your mains and your internet wait for a minute or so >>> then reconnect
the cables and restart and try enter multiplayer again.

What error do you get when trying to play online? Have you checked to make sure your subscription is active and that you're designated as the home xbox account?

Error reads no multiplayer access for this profile. And yes, and yes on subscirption.

Yup, it was from the update that the problems started. But the last few days I cant get onto multiplayer at all! Im not impressed.

no i cant get online in general i cant even get to the XBL Marketplace, i bought a 3 month gold membership in da shop but cant get online to activate it, when i try testing the conection it goes to network but thats it it cant conect to the internet
