Discus and support allowed to refund in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; we should be able to refund anything so long as we have proof to refund maybe someone accidentaly bought maybe a kid or an adult you never know plus...     we should be able to refund anything so long as we have proof to refund maybe someone accidentaly bought maybe a kid or an adult you never know plus think about it xbox you would get alot of fame for that and it would be better because i bought keep talking
    and nobody explodes and felt scammed because it didn't have a didital sheet. (never says it has one my mistake)we dont have a printer and you cant play if you use the website its not good.so i say xbox should have a referendom/debate/vote to let people refund
    any game anytime.

    Digital refunds are still being tested for Xbox Insider members. You can try to contact Support but officially no refunds are allowed.

    Refunds are generally not allowed through the xbox store. If you have a particular case that could be argued you will need to contact support directly. You can do so by calling 1-800-4my-xbox or by visiting the support webpage. For the most part you are
    allowed 1 refund (at least from what I've experienced)

    They have recently started allowing digital refunds. However is a user frequently requests a refund it will likely be investigated for marketplace theft.

    How to get refund for Xbox Live Gold?

    Codes would have to be refunded with the retailer they were purchased from if the retailer allows it, but once it's been redeemed they usually won't allow a refund.

    No one here would be able to authorize that. You can try submitting a refund request to see if the refund specialists will allow it, but refunds are not guaranteed.
