allowed to refund

we should be able to refund anything so long as we have proof to refund maybe someone accidentaly bought maybe a kid or an adult you never know plus think about it xbox you would get alot of fame for that and it would be better because i bought keep talking
and nobody explodes and felt scammed because it didn't have a didital sheet. (never says it has one my mistake)we dont have a printer and you cant play if you use the website its not good.so i say xbox should have a referendom/debate/vote to let people refund
any game anytime.

allowed 1 refund (at least from what I've experienced)

 

You can refund games if they meet specific requirements - Microsoft will now allow users to self-service digital refunds on Xbox and Windows 10 Other than that, it would be up to support.

 

They have recently started allowing digital refunds. However is a user frequently requests a refund it will likely be investigated for marketplace theft.
