Allow us to use the streaming app on mobile without pairing the controller

So long as its paired correctly through the Xbox Game Streaming App, then yes, the Elite and Elite Series 2 controllers should both work on a mobile device via Bluetooth and wireless pairing on Android.

No, Twitch has an app that allows you to do it, and Mixer streaming is built in. If you wanted to stream directly to YouTube or Facebook you would need to reach out to those companies and request that they make an app that enables that to happen. That's
just to have this stream happen natively directly from the Xbox without a capture card.

If you have some direct questions or requests on getting that configured, we'd be happy to help. But for now, YouTube would have to make an app that allowed streaming for it to happen without additional resources.

It should be because we know that Xbox consoles have a way to stream the games from the same servers as the mobile apps which support touch screen controls. The Xbox remote play could switch the control inputs by sending a message to the server through the Xbox console when you connect with the Xbox app on your mobile device or the game pass app for PC at least. This would allow touch screens to be another avenue for developers to make more accessibility features for their games. Also, the TV stick is around the corner. What would be a great idea for the TV stick is to have the remote play to work with the stick to allow you to play touch screen games without a controller and have less lag when playing. Since the consoles are not able to get touch screen support for a device can you guys add the support to the remote play feature of the Xbox app for mobile devices and PCs?

Note When using your Xbox controller with a mobile device, your performance may vary depending on the device and the mobile operating system version.

1. Turn on your controller by pressing the Xbox button .
   
2. Press the controller’s Pair button  for 3 seconds and release.
   
3. On your Android device, open Bluetooth by going to Apps > Settings > Connected devices > Pair new device.
   
4. Your phone will show a list of nearby Bluetooth devices that are available for pairing. Select your Xbox Wireless Controller from the list.
   

When the controller has successfully paired, you’ll see it in your list of connected devices on the previous screen.

If you have any problems pairing or using your Xbox Wireless Controller with your Android device, consult your device’s manufacturer’s support website.

Have you tried pairing it this way:

To connect an Xbox One controller to your iPhone, start by putting the controller into pairing mode by pressing the Xbox button and holding down the sync button (top of the controller) simultaneously. After that, go into the iPhone’s
settings app and select the Bluetooth to open the Bluetooth menu. Select the controller from the list of available devices and choose to pair it with the iPhone.

This will only work so long as the iPhone’s Bluetooth technology is functional and the intended game allows for the use of a controller through a Bluetooth connection. To verify both systems support the use of the controller, check
the phone’s Bluetooth system information as well as the game’s software information. If the app or game does not make it readily apparent if it supports the use of a controller, check the developer’s official website for more information.
