Allow image uploading and importing through trasnfer files like PNG files and USB capability

I've been a Microsoft and Xbox customer for 15+ years. Though I love my Xbox One, I'm concerned that they will not allow certain changes that I believe impact the user/customer experience. Xbox 360 allowed owners of the system to upload transfer files and
image files using png files years ago. They've taken away the capability and despite articles and posts being written about this issue, they have not done anything to address why they won't allow this and if they will again (from what I can find). It concerns
me that A. they took this capability away and despite other consoles allowing this, they have yet to do so B. They have not addressed why they refuse to block the capability or why they took it away in the first place. There are several games that would benefit
from allowing this - I won't name them, you can look them up in case it's in violation of any rules here. I'm at the point where I play the system for specific games that I'm very loyal to, some of which would benefit from this. I've looked into trading my
system in, but hope that Microsoft and Xbox will come around. Please allow this functionality, Microsoft. I've been loyal for a long time, but I can't continue to be if other companies make changes that befit the user and you refuse to change. If there are
only 1,000 people that benefit from this (I'm sure there would be many, many more) you'd see a huge increase in profits. More people will buy the system, people will buy the games that benefit from this feature if you lift these limitations, and less people
will be tempted to try other systems and consoles.

I tried to connect screenshots to show valid proof of all my actions and the responses from Microsoft, but after trying to upload and insert a file from my phone through my file manager, gallery, photos, and another way, it simply won't allow me to put pictures
on here because the file type is a .png and it doesn't like that.

I still can't upload an image I don't know why. It's only 179kb. I've tried .PNG and .JPG files.
