Complete given below directions to reset the games in Windows

Step 1: Open the Settings app. This can be done by clicking its icon in the Start menu or simultaneously pressing Windows logo + I.

Step 2: Click the Apps category icon and then click Apps & features to see all installed apps as well as classic desktop programs.

Step 3: Click on the app that you want to reset to see the Advanced options link. Click on the same (advanced options link).

Step 4: Finally, click the small Reset button. When you click the Reset button, you will find a small dialog box with “This will permanently delete the app’s data on this device, including your preferences and sign-in details.” Click the Reset button in the opened dialog box to reset the app.

Step 5: Once the Reset is done, you will see a check sign next to the Reset button. And restart the Pc

If that doesn't work:

Select the Search icon on the taskbar, type powershell, right-click on Windows PowerShell, and then select Run as administrator.

In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter:

get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:

start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

Install the app on that page and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.

Restart your device and try to install the game again.

I am not having any problems with the screen, but the games wont load. I tried playing Unity, and after 30 minutes it still wouldnt load. Same thing with advanced warfare.

I purchased this game around the time it came out and have no success. It used to crash after about 30 minutes of play losing all of my progress on challenges/zombies, but now it crashes almost instantly after starting up. I have an xbox one x if that

Hello,

Could you explain the issue a little better? Are only Dead by Daylight and Forza Horizon 4 Crashing? If so do they just close? I see there is no errors given, could you describe what actions are happening? Does it happen to any other games on your system? Are you launching them form the Xbox App or are they Microsoft Store Downloads?
