All Xbox applications on Windows 10 not saving log in and various errors with games.

For the past few weeks, I've been dealing with an issue that I first noticed in Game Bar. I couldn't access my friends list and it would prompt me to one click sign in. I would click the sign in and then it said it couldn't access my friends list. I would have to click it multiple times and then I could only be half let it. I couldn't send invites and I could barely accept them.

It apparently goes beyond that as the Xbox app itself has a similar version of the same issue. It doesn't save my log in, and it repeats a loop of the signing in window over and over again barely letting my access anything unless I click it multiple times.

Then I tried using Minecraft for Windows again, it's not saving my sign in, and I can't log into the game with my account. I even went on mobile and while I could just barely log in, my skins wouldn't load and it doesn't remember my Realms. Even the new Minecraft Launcher for Bedrock won't sign in correctly.

Is this an issue with my account on their end? I tried Xbox support and I couldn't even talk to a human because my problem is so incredibly bizarre that they don't have a support channel for it.

I also have updated all of my applications, my drivers are up to date, I've also cleared cache on the Windows Store as I heard that's helped some people. I'm at a total loss. I really do not want to reinstall or repair Windows. I have a lot of important files and not a lot of space to back them up to. It's a big mess that I don't have time to deal with right now. Could this possibly be in the registry? I have Windows 10 Pro so I can adjust more settings than most. Can someone please help me out so I can get back to having no issues playing with friends? Working around this has been an absolute pain. Forza, Halo MCC, and Halo Infinite still work fine via some smart menu navigation other than not being able to send invites and Minecraft is basically soft locked.
I could really use some help here.

There are a few steps we could try to fix those issues:

So, let's try this, first, make sure your windows and all its services are up to date:

Open Settings, click Update and Security and then Windows Update;

Click Check for Updates;

Click the Download and Install Now option, if available;

Also, check the Microsoft Store for any updates on the Xbox apps and its services.

Then try this:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for gaming services app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then restore, open the app and try again.

Then do the same for the Xbox app:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for Xbox app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then restore, open the app and try again.

Then, try to uninstall and install the Xbox app.

If it still doesn't work you're going to uninstall the games services using a powershell command.

In the windows search bar type Powershell > Right click and select open as administrator > Type the command: "get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-Appxpackage –allusers" > Wait for the process to finish and then restart the PC, then open your Xbox gamepass app, it will ask you to install the gaming services again, install it and try again.

Then, after you do it, you're going to open the game pass app, it will ask you to download and install the game services again

If neither of those procedures works, try to restore your PC's OS via the ISO image tool, using that tool you will be able to maintain your installed games and files.

First, you will download it > Open the ISO Image tool > Open a file inside it called SETUP.exe > Select upgrade > download from the cloud > Keep games and apps.

That's delightful. I have this page in a saved tab, so I'll check back frequently. Just let me know if you find anything. There's very little documentation on this issue.
