ALL X360 Backwards compatible games NO LONGER WORK?!

Not exactly sure what happened or what is going on a Xbox/Microsoft HQ but your recent update made it so literally no one can play any Xbox 360 games on their Xbox one consoles.

I have 2 copies of Halo: Reach, one for myself on my Xbox one S and one for my little brothers on their xbox one S. Neither of them work on any console. I have seen people post a lot on almost every Xbox 360 backwards compatible title isn't working. Fable
2, Red Dead: Redemption, Halo: Reach and so on.

I would like an official response from a moderator or Microsoft staff. I'm not sure how this update made it out and made this such a huge problem. Do you guys not have a QA group for updates?

The Error code we are all getting is.

"That game isn't playable here. For a list of Xbox 360 games playable on Xbox One, go to xbox.com/BackCompat. (0x8082000c)"

Sorry to hear you're having Backward Compatibility trouble with your Xbox One! Since this began, have you tried uninstalling the game, power cycling your Xbox One by holding the power button for 8-10 seconds, and reinstalling it? If not, give that a go and
