    All X Box one games bought from online store seem to be corrupt.


    I have owned My x box one from day one but never tried to play any downloaded games. Then when the Free games for gold came out i began to do download games from the store. they all worked except for a couple of maps on each game that would freeze the console.
    I then proceeded to get EA Acess and all those games worked partially but not fully.

    For example on battlefield 4 i can not get past the second mission because the elevator seems to be in a black hole of never ending falling, Also some of the multilayer maps load except for 2 of them i get a infinity loading screen but can hear all game
    chat and gun fire.

    In need for speed rivals i can drive through walls... More like the walls do not appear on my screen the need for speed rivals will freeze but not relay freeze. All the other cars are still driving and i can rev the engine but i the car does not move.

    Don't even get me started on the sports games... There are people running on there face and infinity loading screens

    I have tried everything i could think of but nothing seems to work. getting very aggravated at Microsoft they wont help me!!!!! They seem to think that i am installing the games wrong!!!!

    If anyone has a fix to this problem it would relay be appreciated.

    i wanted to buy x box one console and x box i got x box one s console and with this i bought kinect sensor but to my shock i was not able to setup kinect sensor with x box one s because i was not having an adapter .....i paid so much money already for console
    controller kinect now im asked to buy an adapter ....pls microsoft i want an adapter for free i bought whole x box one s from yanbu saudi arabia (jarir book store) pls help me get an adapter for free !!

    All X Box one games bought from online store seem to be corrupt.

    Can you try the following steps to see if it helps?

    1. Head to Settings>Disc & Blu Ray and then select Clear Persistent Storage three times.

    2. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down.

    3. Unplug everything from the console and let it sit for 5 minutes.

    Hopefully this will help. If it does not then you may need to send it in for repairs.

    Has anyone else bought an X box X this Christmas with Forza Horizon 4 and 3-month game pass codes? If so were the codes under the sticker as advertised on the box? Mine were not there and I spend 4 hours online
    with Microsoft support (in India) to no avail. Same with an email to Microsoft. Is this a scam by Microsoft?
    Where did you buy it? I have known for stores to steal the cards with codes from the consoles, specially when the S came out, but if you bought it on a MS store or official MS store online they should be there.

    Well everything seems to work perfectly fine on X-box One while everything sucks on x-box 360. I would like to know if you dont care about the players playing x-box 360 ??. Sell a game where you only can play online, and then the online part dosent work.
    Agreed its not you selling the game but I payed for my x-box live card and it dosent work. Can you maybe tell me where to write if I want a refund. And after that this game is useless for me but I guess I have to take this up with the place where I bought
    the game. And for everyone else reading here, I have a used x-box for sale :)

    Always online experience broken.

    All I can say so happy I not bought into any next generation console at the moment. What with all the bugs and gripes with the X Box One. It seems Microsoft is constantly fixing this and that with the X Box One.

    The X Box One is a console/ media hub not a computer!

    You can't use office on the One or email or design a website so clearly not a computer.

    Also have some compassion for your fellow gamers that are having problems with the One!
