All Video Streaming Apps Stuttering Every ~30 Seconds

For the last week, I've experienced an issue where all video streams stutter. The audio is uninterrupted but the picture will pause/stutter every 30 seconds. It makes the videos nearly unwatchable. I'm experiencing the issue on Netflix, MLB.TV, Hulu, and
Amazon Prime. My connection test on the Xbox indicated 54mbps so that would seem to not be the issue.

I've tried the following troubleshooting:

-I called my cable provider to ensure the modem was working properly. No issues reported

-I streamed Netflix through my smart TV using the same web connection as currently on the Xbox One. No stuttering issues on the TV using the same web connection..

-I uninstalled and reinstalled all of my streaming apps on the XBox One. The stuttering persisted after the reinstall.

The items above would seem to rule out the cable connection, the streaming service provider, or the apps as the source of the issue. I'm hoping this is an XBox One setting issue (vs a hardware issue). Are there any settings that I can optimize to try to
resolve the problem?

Xbox one S HDR Stutter

I'm having this same issue with Hulu and hbo go all other video streaming apps work fine but I cannot get video streaming to work properly. With Hulu it's video stuttering and with hbogo I have no video or audio. I've spent hours on customer support with
all aforementioned companies to no avail. Please can anybody help??

 

Jumpy NFL Network stream through NFL app

My streaming of NFL Network through the NFL app is very jumpy with video and audio going out of sync and sometimes jumping back 2-3 seconds and stuttering out even then. I have no trouble streaming any other video apps and do not understand what the problem
is. All my network is running fine. I have had no trouble with TNF on the twitter app or with MNF through the ESPN app, only trouble with NFL Network TNF through the NFL app. Is there another option or a way to solve this problem?

 

post this everywhere you can, i've been reporting this via the beta dashboard since the very first beta, now its in the public build. Streaming video on the xbox one is broken. The only app that appears to be okay is netflix

 

In my case, not even Netflix is OK. I stream a number of services and Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, and MLB.TV all are stuttering in a similar, unwatchable fashion. It's really only been in the last week and a half that the problem started. As noted in my original
post, troubleshooting seems to indicate an issue with the Xbox One. Rather than post this problem everywhere. I'd prefer Microsoft help me out before it comes to that.

 

I truly some help on this, but it won't be here I can almost guarantee. I've never seen a Microsoft drone respond in any helpful way in these forums, and they rarely respond at all in fact here. If you chat with them you're going to get the same robotic
answers we all have for this issue(though as TopCow says, for most it's not Netflix but all other ones).

 

I tweeted phil spencer about it, everyone i can think of, if everyone does the same maybe it will get some attention. (liquid bacon you might be having an additional issue in addition to the long term video bug)

 

same problem here and some of my season passes aint workin either ....on top of that it seems to be affecting my multiplayer connection. microsoft you got no respect for your consumers. xbox vs ps=playstation

I just watched a movie tonight on Movies & TV app and the stuttering is gone! i'm on the latest beta program. So happy, hopefully it continues this way. Still some work to do on grouping items and removing shows from your list, but this big problem
is finally gone it seems.
