All Video Streaming Apps Crashing

Hey guys,

I have an Xbox 360, and my apps don't launch. I've tried launching YouTube, CrunchyRoll and Netflix, and all crash after launching, with an error message "The game couldn't start. Try downloading the game again." There unfortunately isn't even an error code
to refer to.

I already I've tried deleting and redownloading all the apps, but they still all crash. I've googled and looked on reddit, and have found nothing.

if you are trying to install them in an external hard drive for the xbox 360 then that might be the problem, if it is possible, try to install them in the internal hard drive of the console, once you do that try to start the apps and to check the external
hard drive is not damaged try to start a game from there

This seems to happen when streaming video most of the time, and randomly at other times. I can't really dignify if it's sold on video streaming or not, considering that's pretty much the only time it's used on my console. No error messages, just crashes
and returns to the home screen with Edge on the main screen having to be restarted.

Same with me only crashes when streaming videos.

I tried the factors offline reset and very thing was looking. When I tried to use the Netflix app, I immediately crashed. I tried my other video streaming apps and they crashed as welling. I also tried using the notification system, but there were still
no pop ups. Now what am I supposed to to do now that the offline reset failed?

I'm having this same issue with Hulu and hbo go all other video streaming apps work fine but I cannot get video streaming to work properly. With Hulu it's video stuttering and with hbogo I have no video or audio. I've spent hours on customer support with
all aforementioned companies to no avail. Please can anybody help??
