All the xbox original games on xbox 360 are broken

Hello,
when i first tried xbox original games on the xbox 360 it worked fine. But now when i try them, the screen of the original xbox game is small and glitched. Can anyone help me?

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to get your console to play these games as intended. I can totally understand how this could be pretty disheartening a problem to deal with. I suggest rolling back your console's latest update as outlined
in our support page entitled Troubleshoot problems with an update to your Xbox 360 console under solution 7.

When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know if that helped.

The game was "Halo combat evolved" and i've already checked it, and it works BUT the screen of the game is small and glitched

I would try a delete and reinstall of Halo. Vaguely knowing how the 360 and XOriginals work on the Xbox One, my guess is it has something to do with your Xbox not being able to receive from the cloud. Might be worth trying to delete your profile off the
Xbox (Just the profile not any of the data associated) then re-download your profile on to the Xbox.
