    All the problems.


    I've been neglecting coming to the support site for quite some time, hoping that the problems I've been having would resolve themselves in future updates. But after months of updates nothing has been fixed. I've spent weeks researching the problems and
    trying every solution under the sun but nothing is working.

    Problem #1: Everything is so slow! It takes 5-10 tries to start most apps or games. Everything will go full screen sit there for a minute and then say that it took to long to start. If the Xbox is on for too long (more than an hour) it starts to be weird
    too. It will freeze and go black. My sidebar will refuse to come up. And I will be unable to sign in or even turn the system off without holding down the power button. I will get weirder error messages like "Home took too long to start" or "Guide took too
    long to start" or "Account Picker took to long to start" or "Purchase took to long to start"

    Problem #2: I have not been able to earn any achievements for the two weeks. Not just in one game either. Any game. Fallout 4, Halo 5, Goat Simulator, Killer Instinct, Mortal Kombat X, Trials Fusion. I've checked to progression on each achievement and it
    says I haven't done anything even though I know that I have. I've followed guides online to make sure I'm doing it right and still no achievements. I've tried restarting the console and re-downloading my profile and re-downloading the game and deleting my
    local saves. Nothing works

    Problem #3: About once a day I get a message telling me I need to delete my local saves. I've done it a million times and nothing changes.

    Problem #4: Less serious but for the past months none of the profiles on my system have any gamer pictures. I've tried changing them and using the avatar camera and even tried re-downloading profiles but nothing works.

    The only thing I haven't tried is a factory reset. I really don't want to because I have so much I will have to re-download on a very slow internet connection although I will do it if I have too. Can anybody help me?

    PS. I have already troubleshooted my internet. The one thing my Xbox does fine is stay connected to Xbox Live. I am a member of the Xbox Preview Program but I have yet to see any of my issues even mentioned in the known issues section of the app. Not sure
    if it's relevant but most of my games are on an external hard drive.

    Ever since the last update I am Having problems with everything on my computer. It seems as if it doesn't upload correctly

  3. Netflix problems, connectivity problems, all the above?

    Seeing the same problem with both Netflix and YouTube. I was told to delete and re-download the profile but that did not help.

    Also, I sure hope this isn't relevant but, my Xbox is a day one edition. I have some slight hardware issues with the disc drive but nothing I haven't been able to work around. I believe my warranty is up so I certainly hope that I don't have to replace it.

    All storage problem

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

    We understand you are having issues with Call of Duty game installation. Let's work on this together and sort this out in timely manner for you to get back to gaming.

    If I may ask, are you using Xbox Console or PC? If you are using Xbox console, it's possible that there may be an issue with your Xbox's storage. Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Check your available storage: Go to Settings > System > Storage and check how much space you have available on your Xbox. If you don't have enough space, you may need to delete some games or apps to make room for the Call of Duty update.

    2. Clear your cache: Press and hold the power button on your Xbox until it turns off completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console and wait for 10 seconds. Plug the power cord back in and turn on your Xbox. This will clear the cache and may help resolve the issue.

    3. Check for updates: Make sure your Xbox is up to date with the latest system updates. Go to Settings > System > Updates & downloads and check for any available updates.

    4. Reset the Console: Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.

    • Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.
    • Select Reset console.
    On the Reset your console? screen, select Reset and keep my games & apps. Use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It resets the OS and deletes all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.

    5. Reinstall the game: If none of the above steps work, you may need to uninstall and reinstall the game. Make sure you have enough storage space available before attempting to reinstall the game.

    Tried it, no such luck. Problem seems to be getting worse. I can only watch about 3-5 minutes at a time now.
