all the new ip looked great but....

some of them looked like they will be co op and is it just like a forgone conclusion that no video games anymore even ones when it makes absolute sense to have local co-op will never have local co-op because the gaming industry needs more money even
though its already a multi billion dollar industry.I mean recore and gigantic look like they are co-op and therefore should definitely have local co-op and i hope atleast rare knows gamers want local co-op since many of their games from the golden age of gaming
were co-op and would want to continue that tradition.Is anyone else annoyed by how modern gaming gears more towards online multiplayer instead of local co-op?

Well the graphics on xbox looked good, but poor choice of games to show off. Cod ghosts looked good, but all the sports games looked cartoony. Didn't like the look of it at all. Ps4 graphics looked great, but hopefully Microsoft will bring something new
to e3.

I have to disagree. All the stuff they showed we already new about. There was no new announcements and even the Indies that were shown I think have been shown before. The biggest thing was the Tomb Raider deal but I think this deal is a waste by microsoft
because it is not a system seller. Surely they would have been best of investing the money spent on tomb raider in a new ip. Quantum Break looked great though.

 

I feel you pain. I myself love having the aspect of being able to be able to play local co op with my Partner. I personally think gaming developers are trying to get rid of the split screening to maximize the overall quality of the gave and the frames per
second....I know with Slightly Mad Studios and the making of Project Cars they didn't include split screening because in order to have the split screen in the game they would have to cut down on the FPS and the gaming community didn't want that to happen because
these days it's all about 1080p @ 60FPS gaming. I personally would rather play a game where my mates could join and and play along like the good old days rather than have them sit there and watch.....it would be nice for games to be released like that but
I highly doubt they'll do it anymore. I mean look at the new Minecraft game, they've taken away split screen and made it so that you can play along with your console buddies on your surface tablet (because everyone wants to spend $600 on a tablet just to play
Minecraft).
