    All support for Xbox is broken and there is no way to contact anyone


    My sons xbox wont turn on, it is broken and well within warranty. Have tried all trouble shooting

    Booking a repair doesn't work, just gives an error message

    Clicking on the link to support takes me to a broken page

    Call back feature doesn't work, says there is an error - tried every browser I own on different computers

    Phone number just takes you to the web site.

    I'm in endless hell, and it seems there is no support at all. This is my last chance, seems like a sick joke from one of the worlds biggest companies

    Hello Freddie, sorry to hear you're having trouble with your console.

    What error are you getting when you try to complete the service and which browsers have you been using please? Also, just in case it's an issue with the browser itself have you tried filling the info out using an incognito window?
