    All streaming service apps are not working on my Xbox One.


    When i try to load any film on Netflix, Amazon prime or Disney plus i am treated to about 2 seconds of video before i am either kicked out to the film selction menu, get to listen to the film with a blank screen, or an error code 39 (disney plus). The problem
    does not happen when loading tv programs on netflix.

    I have tried power cycling, soft factory reset, clearing mac address, re-installing apps and i have run out of ideas. This problem started occuring shortly after the system update.

    Is the HBO GO app down?

    I have the same issue on Charter - none of the workarounds posted on this thread work. My HBOGo service has not worked on my Xbox One for at least a week at this point. Other streaming apps work just fine.

    You can stream from your Xbox One console to your PC using the Xbox One companion app. You can then use Screen capture software like OBS or Stream Labs to then stream to any of the streaming sites or all three if you wish. There is even a service called
    Restream.io which will bring the chat together from all three streaming sites (Twitch, mixer, youtube).

    Are you talking about streaming from an Xbox 360 device, or streaming 360 backwards compatible games on the Xbox One? I thought you could already stream the 360 games on Xbox One via the Xbox Console Companion app on Windows or Xbox Streaming app on mobile
    (streaming from your console). Or are you talking about 360 games via xCloud? If it's xCloud, then they haven't said, but I would imagine they would add some titles from 360 and original Xbox via the service. I don't know what goes into getting each title
    into and work with the service, but it would be cool and can't be too bad compared to Xbox One titles as they improve the service.

    To clarify, they have not announced anything, so no official word, but it is not impossible and I would say (again, stressing this is speculation) that it is likely as the service is fleshed out.

    Yes i've noticed the amazon app has become unusable on xbox one due to terrible streaming quality. Other streaming services like netfix, nowtv and youtube work fine.

    Don't know who's to blame but it needs fixing ASAP.

    I have tried the Xbox with another tv. The errors still appear. I have also contacted Disney and tried everything they suggested.Surely the Xbox is at fault?
