    All streaming apps do not work on my Xbox one.


    When using my Xbox to stream using sky go and disney I am unable to watch anything. The apps load perfectly however once I try to play, error codes appear. I have tried everything to resolve the codes. All kinds of resets, restoring to factory setting. Uninstalling apps everything!

    All streaming apps do not work on my Xbox one.

    I have tried the Xbox with another tv. The errors still appear. I have also contacted Disney and tried everything they suggested.Surely the Xbox is at fault?

To resolve the error, launch the Disney+ app on a compatible device or use a computer with a supported configuration to access Disney Plus. Ensure you have a stable internet connection"

    "Error Code 39 occurs because Disney Plus detects that your device doesn't have the required permission, or a secure internet connection, to stream its content. The message you will receive is pretty generic and it describes that the requested video is unable to play"

    HDMI cables rarely go bad, your issue is with the chips, either in the TV, or in the Xbox, or both

    I have tried this and bought a new hdmi cable too. Still no luck.

    The error code is most likely caused by a failure to have an HDCP handshake between the Xbox and the TV. You should try the Xbox in a different port, and try other device in the current port to see if it's the TV or the Xbox
