    I've never had an issue with my Xbox One. Today, I logged in and my network connection is fine but when I went to play NBA 2K18, it would not allow me to connect to Xbox Live. I then attempted to connect to the Microsoft Store and it would not load the
    page.

    I have reset my wireless router. Unplugged and restarted the Xbox One. I'm still having the same issue though. My kids are coming to stay the weekend and I would like to figure out what is wrong before they get here Friday.

    Any help with this would be much appreciated.

    Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 Xbox Live multiplayer not working

    Cannot connect to a multiplayer game session on Marvel UA2... This is ridiculous, all my ports are open, I have no other problem playing multiplayer games on Xbox Live, neither do the friends I'm trying to play with, and yet this game is unplayable online.

    We all get the error "game session no longer available"

    Any help?

    Connected to Live but not really

    My profile will sign in amd i can see my friends list and what friends are online, but everything else won't work. Pins, community, store, all blank. No prompt to sign into Live. Online games will not connect either. Did a hard reboot with no luck. Internet
    is active on other devices. Xbox says it connects to network but cannot connect to Live services. Xbox.com/status says its all up and running.

    Not sure what to try next.

    So is Xbox Live garbage? Or is it my service provider.

    yep service area says xbox 360 live connection is fixed but my problem is i can connect to xbox live on the dashboard and have been able to all day BUT and its a big but as soon as I open ANY game (not even online games) it disconnects me and tells me I
    cant connect to xbox live, have restarted xbox and router but obviously the problem isn't fixed at all

    Hello Wonder Aleph,

    To start first check your
    Xbox LIVE service status     to see if your Xbox Live service is available in your area.

    If all is well there then I would try to restart your connection starting with your modem and then your router. Hopefully your back up and playing soon.
