    All screenshots and captures are gone after update !


    My console update on the 16th and now all my captures/screenshots from before that date are gone. My games are still there. Are they gone completely?

    Has it been
    attempted on a console    ? If they are gone from the console then its going to be like XBF George said and they might have never fully been updated to our servers.

    Upload app "capture not saved" error

    Similar problem: I had 210 captures. Selected all and saved. Only 155 saved. I used xboxdvr.com to pull my saved captures to my PC and deleted the "saved" captures from Upload. The remaining 55 "unsaved" captures fail to save and give the aforementioned
    error at the beginning of this thread. All of my captures are recorded by me and this also includes screenshots.

    Any updates from a Moderater would be extremely helpful

    Xbox one X record feature

    Try deleting some captures off of your consoles Internal drive after you upload them to the cloud.

    You could also connect an external drive, formatted as the capture location for all your captures.

    I think you only have limited space on the internal drive for captures, clips, screenshots etc. and once the limit is reached older captures are overwritten by newer ones.
