All save data lost on games of xbox app PC (through xbox game pass ultimate)

After a while (1 week) I opened the xbox app on PC and then started a game (No man's sky). After the game loaded I noticed that I no longer had any saves. I decided to search some information but I found nothing useful. Disappointed for this I closed the game and opened another one (Dragon quest builders 2): the same thing appened, no save data. I opened all games that I installed and I found out that all games from xbox app lost their saves, other games through other platform (like EA desktop) works fine. I tried looking for local PC files but I found nothing about save data.

Someone had the same issue and got a solution? I think some games have cloud saves but I'm not sure (I also tried to disconnect/reconnect on xbox account but nothing happened).

Xbox game pass app either automatically deletes my games and save files or loses the location of my games and tries download them again rewriting my saved data. idk why this happens when we are supposed to have cloud save.

most of the games only have local saves, so if you have nor reset your pc or deleted files then something freaky is going on with your pc.

I recently started using Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and I'm pretty satisfied. I like that it includes Xbox Live Gold and all the benefits that entails. The selection of games on Xbox is great, and there is some great stuff on the PC side, but some of the
PC ports can be a little buggy - a lot of my friends have had their save data lost in multiple games.

Hello again, if you have Ultimate Game Pass you can play Game Pass games on PC without Xbox without Xbox, but the PC game catalog isn't as extensive as Xbox.

When you log in to the App, you will see the games that are available through the App.
