All reward stars and points gone and ser to 0

My rewards account is zero after 2.3years at 4starts spending 2000-3000$ a year I the store,,,,'

Starclub has been reset to 0 stars???

When i started the game today i found that all my earned stars were gone, 0 it says. Even the Collections, packages, were closed.

I have contacted both Xbox and microsoft support about the problem and done all the things they proposed. Uninstalled and reinstalled the game, update and sync and restarted the computor. The problem remains, 0 stars

 

My Xbox Live Rewards Page Is Blank

Recently my xbox live rewards stars were under construction due to a promotion running and said it would be done by March 6th. I've returned today and everything has been wiped. I had credits waiting to deposit, I had over 140,000 lifetime rewards and a
consistent three stars. Out of no where it's all gone. Any help on this ?

 

Mine too. Very disappointing! It acts as though I just signed up

 

Exact same issue happening to me. Been a member for years, profile is completely wiped as if I'm only signing up now. Checked my account balance and none of the points have been deposited

 

It's just a glitch. You'll just have to wait for everything to show back up.

Apologies for the confusion. There was an error that arose with our daily maintenance that caused a file to fail. This caused users to briefly see what appeared as no account at all. We have hotfixed this issue, and you should now be seeing account information
