All recorder Game Clips are gone

My xbox is missing the record gameplay with game dvr option. I still can record clips but there's no option to save the clips that option is gone to? Tryed restoring but no joy. Even got the latest update.

Older clips are deleted as newer clips are recorded if you've gone over the threshold. There isn't a "time limit" on the clips.

Sadly no, I looked through my clips so many times and its just gone. And idk if its just on my end but the older clips so from more then a year ago never play, they are just stuck on loading. I'm not sure which quality it was recorded at, oddly enough
that is the only missing clip from MCC, I still record clips from the game and my clips go all the way back to late 2015 for that game.

Hello Ethan, one way or another the console will always give priority in the space that over from the HD to the games that is running so as not to affect the gameplay, which I always suggest is to put an external HD with USB 3.0 to media and direct all recordings of clips to it.

I cleared local saved data multiple times, cleared cache, ive deleted clips, i have a 1tb console with 350gb left of storage. currently in the process of deleting over 100 older game clips, i read some other peoples reports and saw a soft restart helped with similar issues. This seemed to help my issue after i tried it aswell!
