All Purchases Gone After 1.14 Update for Bedrock Switch

I first got the prompt to sync my purchases to my xbox live account which I always press yes to but this time it was really buggy and the game wasn't doing anything when I clicked it so I closed out and then my purchaes are gone.

The Deep Sea Mashup pack I got for free is now asking me to pay as well as my Let's Play: Pizza Parlor and Love Tropics 2018 skin packs.

Really upset cause all I've been reading about this is that because my purchases have not been linked to Xbox Live in that moment that I can't just get them back easily; and I have NO real clue how my purchases could have vanished from thin air since I haven't
reinstalled the game nor deleted any packs ever.

I can even prove I had the Deep Sea Mashup texture pack cause I have a world that used it but I can't get into anymore because the purchase is gone and I have screenshots of me using the pizza and love tropics skins too.

How do I restore purchases when it seems the xbox live marketplace sync didn't happen or work? Really pissed off right now if this is permanent...

Thanks for coming to the forums. We recommend reaching out to
Mojang support. They will be able to see the purchases and what happened. If they refer you to our support you can request a call by the guide. Please try Mojang first though as this is in game content.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Hardware & Network
Step 3-----under what is the issue select accessory isn't working right hit next

Step 4 ----select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

I have the same issue. All my purchased texture packs and skins are gone after 1.14 update. This is not good.

Microsoft, please fix this issue.

Bedrock Edition which is available on Windows 10, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and mobile is crossplay enabled, PS4 also has Bedrock but can not join Realms yet.

As long as you both have the same update version, current public release is version 1.14. Anything higher is beta. Then you should be able to join your friends.

On what system are you playing Minecraft?

Sony pushed an update for Minecraft on Playstation 4 to update it to the "Bedrock" version, allowing Playstation 4 players to play with Xbox One, PC, Mobile and Switch users now.

Make sure you also have Version 1.14 of your Minecraft installed, and that you are playing on Xbox One, Switch, Playstation 4, Windows 10 or Android/iOS.

Minecraft on Xbox 360, Nintendo 3DS, and other "older" console versions can't play with others on the "Bedrock" version.

Java is on 1.15 now. Bedrock 1.14 is Beta. 1.12 is general public.
