    Hi! I hope you’re all doing good.

    I’m going to try to explain this as good as I can, so sorry if it’s not understandable .

    So in our console (xbox series S) we have 3 profiles, one that pays game pass, and two others that just play. But today i logged in and all profiles have the same configuration (profile pic, color, and profile settings) and the same gamer points. I’ve tried restarting the console multiple times but it never changes back to normal (i already tried changing my profile back to normal but the changes won’t save or even show).

    It’s not that big of an issue but it still worries me. Is anyone having the same problem? or is there something wrong with our profiles?

    Just in case, it literally just got fixed like magically. I turned off the xbox for a while, and when i came back it was normal again 😭🤔

    This sound like something wrong. It should allowed all six profile should have access to those games on the same console.

    you are using the exact same profile (email and password) from the 360, if so then something is wrong.

    I had this issue a few months back with Halo 4. It appeared to be a minor bug on my console, until I reset my router, deleted my profile and cleared system cache. After that, It was perfect. If you're experiencing trouble with your router, then contact your
    ISP (Internet Search Provider) and maybe they can resolve something out of our reach.
