Deep Silver, Reloaded Games and The Workshop Entertainment today jointly announce they are hard at work transforming the PC Free2Pl Action MMO "All Points Bulletin: Reloaded" into a game destined for the new generation consoles.

All Points Bulliten: Reloaded

Anyone else play this game? I used to absolutely love it back during the Beta, but as the years have progressed, the game just got increasingly worse. The net code, the hackers, and the corrupt in-game moderators was a huge problem. Luckily though, the game has recently gone under new management and several of the staff who pretty much condoned hacking have been let go. Since then, quite a few high priority hackers have been getting the boot and the game's starting to shape up again. Hopefully they do some kind of re-release, because the game was amazing.

For those who aren't familiar with it, it's generally an open world Cops vs Robbers type of game. Third person shooter that allows full blown customization. Hell, that's part of what makes the game so amazing. A simple youtube or google search with show off amazing character and vehicle designs. If you haven't played it yet, I suggest checking it out. It's free on steam.

I keep forgetting to try this game out. It's always looked interesting but I just have never gotten around to downloading it...

Geeez, is that thing still around?

 

Can't say I've heard of it. Is it any good?

 

It was ok when it came out in 2011 but it hasn't improved much at all since then. Its like a more detailed version of Grand Theft Auto. You can play as Cop or Crook, and dress up your character or cars with a very deep customization scheme. The problem with
it on PC is the community. Hardly anyone plays it anymore and the ones that do make it almost impossible to enjoy the game.

 

Oh right. Well it sounds interesting, guess it'll be a wait and see kind of thing.

 

I remember having a magazine that said APB would be a launch game for the 360. THE 360, if you can believe that. Still, glad to see it's coming to consoles as a free to play.

I will be giving this a shot, been waiting to play this for a few years now.

 

Any updates on the release of this?
