    All paid downloadables gone from my collection


    After 2 recent Windows upgrades (coincidence?), today all the downloadable puzzle sets I had added to my collection by using points had been removed and the ongoing points credit I had accrued (approx 9,000) has been reduced to 1,500. The free sets I
    had downloaded are still in my collections. It looks like I had just downloaded the app.

    Additionally, the app itself is very slow.

    Can the missing sets be added back in?

    11/3/14 UPDATE JUST WIPED ALL MY DATA!!!

    Mine too! I had 38k gold yesterday and a bunch of downloaded collections. Today I only have 2400 gold and almost all of my downloaded collections are gone!

    WTF Microsoft???? I paid for the premium version and it has lost my collections twice now...

    downloadable collections will not open

    my downloadable collections in jigsaw puzzles will not open, goes back to desktop as soon as I click on downloadable collections.

    Hi Shandy,

    Yes the Master Chief Collection includes all of the original Halo 1 through 4 and Spartan Ops. Separately from the main game, there is also available as a paid download Halo: ODST and Halo: Reach. I have the whole collection so I'll be the source on that.

    I had this. Then I downloaded the Undead Nightmare Collection, it then fixed itself. It may be a bug when you don't have all 3 paid DLC's.
