All of my Xbox One games are loading too slow and freezing randomly.

For the past couple of weeks My Xbox One has been taking too long to load my games and experiencing performance issues during gameplay. So far there haven't been any noticeable problems with any of my apps like Microsoft Edge or Netflix, but I can barely
get through any of my games without something going wrong. I frequently experience low framerate, constant slowdowns and pop-in textures, gameplay will randomly freeze for a few seconds, and in the case of Grand Theft Auto V entire sections of environment
won't load in time leaving me driving through empty space.

So far I've already tried resetting the system, leaving it unplugged for a few minutes, and even switching to a different power outlet but nothing seems to work. I'm pretty much out of ideas on how to fix this, any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Borderlands freezing

Yeah same here my game keeps freezing during the loading screen or randomly

 

My XBox has been having a lot of problems lately.

As the title says, my white XBox has been having some problems lately. Games have been randomly freezing, my controllers randomly stop responding in the middle of playing games, my Xbox is freezing, and I am losing connection to online games. What should
I do?

When you say "resetting the system", have you tried doing a "...reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One" ? You will have the option
of keeping your games and apps when you reset the console back to the factory default. Let us know if this clears up the issue.

I reset the console twice (first time keeping games and apps and second time removing everything) but both times there was no real improvement, my games still freeze occasionally and framerate and pop-in textures are still a mess.

Any other suggestions?

Thanks for the follow up. If things did not improve after resetting the console back to the factory defaults then I would have to recommend that you do an Offline System Update, aka OSU1. Go to the webpage “I
need help with system updates on my Xbox One” and click on "I NEED TO UPDATE MY CONSOLE OFFLINE". Follow the step-by-step guide to do a complete system update. It's the closest thing to out-of-the-box new for the Xbox. Xbox Ambassador Scrtch has a very
good YouTube video on how to do an OUS1 at Scratch Plays. Just search for "Fix Xbox Stuck on Green Loading Screen". But, please note that this OSU1 can be some what involved and there is no guarantee that it will fix this particular problem. At which point
you may need to "Getting your Xbox console or Kinect sensor serviced" and send it in for "Device
repair" .
